Welcome, y'all! We have a few things to discuss today.
First, we have some War Room delicacies:

All of them for AWDS. For AW1, however, yours truly offers these: (with some help, of course!)

Which sums up our updates. I don't think I need to remind you about AWCC, the Character Battle, AWDS and AW1 War Room topics, or our wonderfully insane forum crew.
We're almost done with 2007, a year where WWN hasn't been the most active. But let's face it, none of you can ever leave this place, it's impossible. Some of you think you've left, but are always caught lurking in the shadows of ASDF. The bottomline is we're refusing to go down, and as long as the forums keep working, there shall be WWN.
I'd like to wish all of you a very merry Christmas. I'd send messages about the new year, but I think the boss will want dibs on that. Have a wonderful time!

Holy crap, it's AW1!
Technical Difficulties Followup

Apologies for the downtime.
Long story short, one of the newsposts was bombarded by spammy comments enough that Cutenews, the, uh, news software, couldn't handle any more of it and just kinda kerploded. For those curious, the comments file hit nearly 30 MB of text. As the spam was in the middle of the comments file and the file was so big that it had to remove data, we've lost a whole bunch of comments to previous articles.
