Position: Forum moderator, site editor, War Room freak. Age: 26 as of this writing. This may change by the time you happen to be reading this. Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Favorite games: Advance Wars series, obviously. Aside from those, various RPG and strategy games top the list, including but not limited to the Final Fantasy series, Suikoden series, Shadow Hearts series, Kingdom Hearts series, Wild Arms series, the Ogre Battle series (from which I took my nick)... yeah, I like a lot of games. Hobbies: Lurking (not as much here as on other boards), getting ridiculous War Room scores, messing around with RPG Maker 2000, being generally weird. Origins*: After being bitten by a radioactive clone of Sun Tzu, Fogel acquired brilliant tactical powers which he used to get amazing, and sometimes seemingly impossible, scores in the AW2, AWDS, and AW1 War Rooms (in that order). However, these powers had the limitation of only being truly effective against the AI. The programmers at Intelligent Systems realized that the only way to stop him was to change to a far more complex scoring system in which perfect scores were often literally impossible. However, this seems to have only slowed him down a little... *Editor's Note: Some details of this paragraph may be based on reality. In all seriousness, I've gotten a lot of crazy War Room scores since I started playing this series; notably, perfect scores with Grimm on Megalopolis and Long Road in AWDS, and even *more* notably, perfect 999s on Land's End in AW1 with all COs. I've written a number of perfect score guides for the site, and plan to write many more, at least until we run out of missions to write guides for. |
