Mission 4 - Lighthouse Lagoon
|Mission 4 - Lighthouse Lagoon
Orange Star: Hachi
Black Hole: Hawke
Fog of War, Clear Weather, 1000G, Fog Off
Terms: Rout Hawke or Capture the HQ.
After tirelessly pursuing Hawke, Hachi has caught up, and his hunt is coming to an end.
Hawke: How are preparations?
BH Soldier: Uh..it's not ready yet.
Hawke: Get a move on. I don't have time for this incompetence. Hachi was barely delayed by that Green Earth stunt...
BH Soldier 2: Sir! It's Hachi! He's here already!
Hawke: Hmm. We're not very well entrenched. He'll be able to match my forces rather quickly.
BH Soldier 2: What's your command sir?
Hawke: There's several disused Lighthouses in this region.
*Screen Highlights towers*
What we'll do is temporarily convert them to communication towers. That should allow us to bear the brunt of the assault and repel Hachi. Good communication will let us defeat his undisciplined mess of troops.
BH Soldier 2: Yes sir!
Hachi: Ah ha! Here at last. Hawke may be sly, but he can't hide for long.
OS Troop: Sir! Hawke's forces are low in numbers here.
Hachi: Well, it's probably best to strike while I can. Any delays and He'll be prepared. Let's keep sharp and take back what's ours!
OS Troop: Yes sir!
Hachi: I'll get back what's mine, before long!
[Hawke Captures Tower]
Hawke: Heh. These old lighthouses work perfectly as a communications site. Onward.
Hachi: Give up. You've been defeated, Hawke.
Hawke: Hah. I've just been biding my time, that's all. Now that the fortress is set up, there's nothing you can do. There's no way you can win. Troops, move into position.
Hachi: Well, we've got you under control for now. I guess I've got no choice but to take the fort.
Hawke: Ha ha ha. My plan worked perfectly. You can't hope to match such well co-ordinated troops, even with all your 'trade secrets'.
Hachi: Grr. I've got to prevent Hawke from taking the communications towers. If he gets all three, my troops are going to get whipped out of shape. I think the first priority is to guard the Tower that's on my island. Then, I can take some more ground and slowly push him back. Come on, not much left to go!
